I’m Quentin Fichot, and my journey started at a French culinary school before taking me through nearly two decades of hospitality, including over twelve years working behind and managing bars in London.
Over the years, I’ve built my work around flavour, guest experience, sharing knowledge, creativity, and, later, mindful consumption. Today, I focus mainly on the alcohol-free sector as UK Brand Ambassador for OPIUS, shareholder of No+Flow, and judge for the YYY Competition, alongside other projects across hospitality and education.
Through QF Consulting LTD, I connect with hospitality professionals, brands, and venues looking to develop better alcohol-free experiences, with more quality, purpose, and creativity.
My goal is simple: to help raise the standard of alcohol-free drinking and support projects built not only to sell, but to serve.
