From my years as a competitive swimmer, to becoming a culinary student and eventually managing top bars after eleven years in London, I developed a deep passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and mindful consumption. Over time, my commitment to wellbeing and innovation led me to the fast-growing non-alcoholic sector.

The non-alcoholic category has grown, but it still faces major challenges: lack of diversity, limited education, and the misconception that alcohol-free means less flavour, fun, or functionality.
