My work across the alcohol-free drinks industry combines 18 years of hospitality experience, drinks knowledge, brand development and creativity.
I am currently representing OPIUS as their UK Brand Ambassador and a shareholder in No+Flow, alongside independent creative and development projects.

I’m Quentin Fichot, a French hospitality and drinks professional based in London.
I started in hospitality at 13, stepping away from a promising path in competitive swimming to pursue a career in the industry. After training through culinary and hospitality school, I’ve spent the past 18 years working across kitchens, bars and the drinks sector.
My career has taken me from behind the bar and cocktail competitions to representing spirits brands, including Combier Distillery, contributing to industry publications, and developing a broader role across the drinks world.
Today, my focus is on the alcohol-free sector, working with brands and hospitality professionals, delivering education and judging industry competitions while helping develop new frameworks for alcohol-free drinks. Curiosity continues to drive my work. Exploring flavour, challenging established ideas around drinking and helping shape the future of alcohol-free hospitality.
