Biography
Hello everyone, my name is Quentin FICHOT, I believe it is essential for you to know a little more before I present you the different skills and passions I have developed throughout my lifetime.
My life started very early as a swimmer, getting classes from the age of 4, and despite the young age, the discipline and love for sports stayed deeply engraved. For the next 9 years, I've been following regular studies and practicing many different sports (Combat Sports, Ball Games, Aquatics, Dance, Roller Skating and more) , pushed by my parents to compete also at a strong level in swimming.
From the age of 13 I had the chance to discover hospitality and felt that it should become my future career. I was lucky to discover the "sport" behind flair bartending (as I already wanted to move in the bar sector..) and decided to focus on learning all aspects of hospitality in the mean time, starting as a cook in a 4y program culinary school and bartending school for another year later.
I moved almost directly to London then, pursuing my career in Hospitality, from a barback position all the way up to a manager role. Now currently helping in the development of Club Soda - Covent Garden, learning all about the non alcoholic category. 10 years now have passed in the Big Smoke, and the passion for sport stayed around, a reason why I decided to challenge myself and try to get back to a professional level, in triathlon and long distances this time. Happy to share the knowledge I gained through the years of training and experiences, I'm passing a Personal Training diploma to help also as a coach if you'd like help to reach a personal goal.
At last it was necessary to mention another passion I discovered as I always been kind of artistic as a person. Talking about PHOTOGRAPHY. This actually always stayed around even from a young age but became an extra source of income in the past 5 years. I've mainly shoot food and drink photography as I have many contacts in this sector but happy to hear about new projects when needed!
